Quick Assessment Process: Day 1 Interviews, Day 2 Review, Result Report

Day 1: Stakeholder Interviews

We speak with the relevant project stakeholders — sponsors, project management, business units, service providers. We listen, ask the right questions, and identify the actual blockers.

No prepared presentations needed. We work with what is there.

Day 2: Documentation Review

We review the existing project documentation — project structure, timelines, decision papers, change requests, status reports.

We analyse what is documented, what is missing, and where the gap between plan and reality lies.

Afterwards: Report and Closing Meeting

You receive a written report with one of two recommendations:

Recovery Roadmap
Concrete action plan with prioritised measures, responsibilities, and timeline to stabilise the project.		Stop Recommendation
Honest assessment with damage limitation strategy when the project cannot be saved.

In the closing meeting we present the findings and discuss next steps.
